Product Replacement & Claims Policy

Products may be replaced/returned within the legally prescribed period, provided they
are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition. Return shipping
costs in this case are borne by the customer. The customer is not required to
provide a reason for requesting a replacement.


Replacements must be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery.
In the event of a discrepancy from the listed product specification or a product defect,
we commit to replacing the item with the correct one at no additional cost to the
customer. In such cases, all return shipping expenses are covered by our store. Please
note that the warranty does not apply to defects resulting from improper use.


When exchanging a product for a different size, the seller is obligated to proceed with
the exchange if the requested size is in stock. If the specific item is no longer available,
the customer may choose a different product of equal or greater value—subject to
additional payment or refund of the price difference.


If replacement is not possible, the seller will issue a full refund. In this case, return
shipping costs are covered by the customer.


For all valid claims, the seller will bear all shipping and handling costs.
