Statement on conversion
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For an informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion according to the exchange rate used by the card organizations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.

Delivery is carried out via a courier service, BEX or Post Express. All orders are shipped on a “today for tomorrow” basis.

Complaints policy
If you are not completely satisfied with the delivered product, you have the right to return it within 14 days, without giving any reason. The return can be made by courier service to the address from which the shipment was sent, and all delivery costs for the return are borne by our company. You can submit a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, as well as the Rulebook on the conditions and manner of resolving consumer complaints of SBS INDIVIDUAL DOO BEOGRAD-VRAČAR, which is available on our website. “On behalf of SBS INDIVIDUAL DOO BEOGRAD-VRAČAR we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic data about customers/users and the data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service. We give customers the option of choice, including the option to decide whether they want to be deleted from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All data about users/customers are strictly kept and available only to employees who need such data for their work. All employees of SBS INDIVIDUAL DOO BEOGRAD-VRAČAR (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.
In the case of a complaint about the delivered product, whether due to defectiveness, damage, incorrect item, or wrongly calculated price, the customer can submit a complaint by sending an e-mail to the official company address. The report must include the order number, a detailed description of the problem (e.g., defective item or incorrect amount), and contact details; if possible, attach photos of the product and proof of the incorrect price. After receiving the complaint, SBS INDIVIDUAL DOO BEOGRAD-VRAČAR provides a written or electronic response within 8 days, while the final response and solution (such as price correction, product replacement, refund) will be made no later than 15 days from receipt of the complaint in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law. If the complaint proves justified, the return delivery costs are borne by SBS INDIVIDUAL DOO BEOGRAD-VRAČAR, and the refund will be made within 14 days, in the same way as the payment was made, unless the customer requests a different method of refund.

Protection of confidential transaction data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as the most advanced cryptographic technology currently available. The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process takes place on the bank’s pages. At no time are the payment card details available to our system.
Refunds
In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for return, SBS INDIVIDUAL DOO BEOGRAD-VRAČAR is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the seller’s request, refund the funds to the cardholder’s account.
